A new Japanese client wanted to venture to a real time logistics software, where management can track trucks, and delivery of products through a web application that is constantly updating, and drivers can use an iOS application on their mobile devices, to signal to management the drop-off of said products.
The needed interconnectivity of the web application, and the iOS software created challenges to the development team.
With the monumental task approaching, the team deliberated on what technologies to use, and the methodologies that will suit best for the project. At the end of the day, the team leader decided that Agile method is the best way to go forward. With adaptive learning, evolutionary development, and continuous improvement, it encourages rapid expansion to new specifications, and changes to scope.
