Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Understands client requirements and project KPIs.
  • Implements various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Plans the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
  • Manage stakeholders and external interfaces.
  • Set up tools and required infrastructure.
  • Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
  • Conduct technical review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
  • Execute troubleshooting techniques and fixing of code bugs.
  • Monitor the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and update or creates new processes for improvement and minimization of wastage.
  • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Coordinate and communicate within the team and with client.
  • Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
  • Monitor and measures customer experience and KPIs.
  • Manage periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the client.

Required Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following tools, such as; AWS (ECS, ALB, R53, DynamodDB, OpenSearch, ElasticCache, Kubernetes), GitLab, DataDog, TerraForm, and BuildKite.
  • Background in building software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Understands the production environment, monitoring and system health.
  • Experience in reliability and quality improvement, and time-to-market of software solutions.
  • Experience in primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications.
  • Familiarity in software infrastructure, tests, tools, and prototypes needed for support.
  • Understands sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
